“Great service, secure and safe”

“We stayed in an Airbnb so needed to store luggage until our flight. Worked out great—dropped bags off at Dry Cleaner who held bags until we returned. She didn’t tag our bags as was promised in the website description but nothing was taken or tampered with. Would use again.”

“Good position just opposite Penn Station. Quick pickup of the bags. Although we did take photos of the luggage labels they did not ask for original booking details or any ID.”

“Was super skeptical of this service and then even more when I saw the Vertoe but I will definitely use again! The store seemed family owned and the lady we gave our bags to was very friendly and knew exactly what to do - she was no stranger to the process. Was also at a great very convenient spot off market.”

“I was under the impression that it would be an individual locked space for my bags. It was A closet under a staircase of a hotel. However the closet had a lock and the staff was very helpful. It’s worth the money, would recommend it.”

“Per quel che riguarda l'applicazione niente da dire: intuitiva, veloce e funzionale. Per quel che riguarda chi ci ha custodito i bagagli un po meno: nessun locale adibito alla custodia; dove avevo messo io le valigie, li sono rimaste alla portata di tutti fianco del ricevitore di cassa. Pensavo che dopo averle riposte li io, le avrebbero spostate in un luogo diverso. Non penso che mi rivolgerò in futuro a loro.”

“Vertoe was very convenient for us. We used it near the enfant plaza stop to take the 5A bus to go to the airport. This was quick, even for the check out. Vraiment pratique, on a réservé un emplacement près de l'arrêt enfant plaza ou le bus 5A part pour l'aéroport. Le check in et le check out est rapide, ça ne prend que quelques minutes.”

“Great and quick service. I had a morning off so I decided to visit some museums in DC before flying back home and I needed a place to storage my bag. This place was easy to find. The lady at the store was very helpful and nice. I will recommend Vertoe 100%. The process was very clear and easy. Good several for the price.”
