“The actual experience with my luggage was positive — scheduled online, bag was stored as advertised, drop off & pick up was easy. Vertoe website was the problem, reservations didn’t always work properly on a smartphone or tablet. And when I emailed a question, received no answer. 4 days later, trip long over, but still no response from customer service!”

“After a quick google search, Vertoe popped up and sent us to one of their vendors at the Fleet Dry Cleaners! It was inexpensive (we would have paid more) and the employees of the location were LOVELY!!”

“I made a reservation which I later wanted to change. When I logged on to my account, they had no record of my reservation so I couldn’t cancel. However, I was charged full price for a service I couldn’t cancel or change because they didn’t have a record of it.”

“Honestly very convenient. I'm just confused because our 2 luggages cost when we booked is 11.49 as far as I can remember, but since we have 3 extra hand carry ( backpack, baby bag and tote bag) we decided to leave it, but the charged is already 18.00. Why the price is different?”

“This service is using a gift shop as its reiving and storing place. The staff there was very lazy and unprofessional, they ask us to take all the luggages to their backdoor storage, be prepared to see their unfriendly face.”

“I was very uneasy about leaving my luggage with the Vertoe partner--for good reason, as it turns out. It was a souvenir shop in NYC and when we dropped off our bags, the gentleman took them, told us to take a photo of the tag numbers and then he disappeared. When he came back, I asked if there was anything else we needed to do and he said no. When we returned, a different man was running the store. He didn't ask for our tag numbers, he just told us to walk around the store to find our bags. We could have taken ANYONE's luggage. No security at all. I will never use this service again.”

“The concept of Vertoe is good. The execution could be improved. I didn't know where I would be storing my bag until I had actually booked. It ended up being a convenience store. The store manager had me ziptie my bag, and she put it in a locked back room. It was a pretty good transaction overall.”
