“Great facility and customer service! A very friendly and informative team. A bus stop is at this location which made commute a breeze. I left my luggage for a full day with no worries. Thanks for the great service!”

“Bad experience. I completed booking and was set up to drop off my bags for a few hours before I could check into my Airbnb in Chicago. I arrived at the establishment that Vertoe partnered with to find it closed. I had to figure something else out. Vertoe was a complete waste of money and time for me.”

“Vertoe worked well for us though the cashier at the store where our luggage was stored complained that they had not been notified by Vertoe of our booking and that this had happened before. Nevertheless, our bags were stored and we were satisfied with the service.”

“So perfect. We flew in from NY and wanted to spend the day in Chicago. It was great being able to prepay and just drop off our bags. Nice clean place and a friendly employee just made me happy!!”

“The actual experience with my luggage was positive — scheduled online, bag was stored as advertised, drop off & pick up was easy. Vertoe website was the problem, reservations didn’t always work properly on a smartphone or tablet. And when I emailed a question, received no answer. 4 days later, trip long over, but still no response from customer service!”
