“I was skeptical about leaving my luggage because I've never left it with an outside source. I've always stayed at hotels and would leave my luggage with the bellhops. Well, I must say I was very surprised to learn about Vertoe (through a search) on the internet. I paid for my bags online and once I arrived at the location I was very pleased. The young lady was nice, as she took my bags and and secured them. I was very pleased it made the rest of my stay easy.”

“As a first time user, I was pleased with the location, however, the shop staff had no idea what I was on about until I persisted in asking for the person named on app. Then once the boss had confirmed that the luggage was to be stored I was given no receipt and no tamper seal was placed on the baggage. Apart from that it was great!”

“We were so happy to find Vertoe. Our Airbnb had another check in and so could not keep our bags and our bus to our next destination was not until midnight. The shop that held our bags was open until midnight and the check in process was smooth as glass. I would definitely use this service again.”

“I was weary of leaving my bags somewhere while I explored the city, but Vertoe was completely great. I felt that my bags were secure and was able to do the things I wanted to without worrying about traveling with a suitcase.”

“I left two suitcases for a few hours with Bolt Barbers in Los Angeles. The entire process of finding a suitable Vertoe storage point, dropping off and retrieving the bags was super quick and easy. Also, Vertoe was substantially cheaper than another bag storage option that had been recommended to me. I would highly recommend Vertoe to anyone who wants to store their bags safely and economically.”

“There was no trace of a tamper proof seal. No introduction or explanation from the side of the store owner. The guy simply stowed my luggage away right inside the store around a corner, accessible for any other customers. I did not feel comfortable leaving my stuff with him, but unfortunately had little choice and no alternatives at the time. Not booking there again.”

“The store appeared scratchy at first and the guy behind the counter was not very welcoming. All he said was, tie these around each suitcase and take a picture in a very solum voice”
