“Super easy to use. Just drop my bag off- and went. It was easy to pick back up. Also, very flexible with timing. They also put a temper proof seal on your bag that’s also your reservation number.would definitely use again!”

“Nearby Subway and only 2 stops to AirPort, so that is fine. This Vertoe site is difficult to find. No logo on the frontdoor. But service is good. Conformation email not received after online booking, but this was not an issue.”

“I had never used a luggage storage company before but found the reviews of Vertoe were positive. There were several options in Seattle and the basic info provided, such as hours of operation, were essential, as was security tag. Not too thrilled that exact address isn't provided until after you sign on, but it's understandable. The location was in a type of small market/corner store but staff was very helpful and personable. Would use again!”

“Vertoe is a nice service that does the job it advertises. We dropped our bags off for the day, and were assured nothing was tampered with using their ziptie seals. There is unfortunately not much quality control, in that they don't have an option to review the individual hosts. I was with someone who didn't even check my ID or tag numbers before letting me grab my bags, which I would have liked to report - but there was no mechanism to do so.”

“had a booking Friday at Bru coffee shop in Chicago They took a reservation for a location that apparently IS NOT OPEN! reservation # 86656 Attempted to contact them through the app that day, app never would send the message. I expect an immediate refund!”

“Hi all, I left my luggage in New York with Vertoe and everything went well. But please watch out, vertoe is not checking who they work with. There are stores like in 8th strees near Pen Station that are cheating vertoe customer by selling scrap to extraordinary high prices. If i would be vertoe i would stop working with criminals.”

“It worked out good. Dropped carry On bag off and enjoyed my day sight seeing and picked up and off to the Light rail to Seatac. Nice young men took care of all. A good experience.”

“It was great. I landed in NYC and had to make it from LGA down to FiDi for an interview and didn't have time to check into my hotel to drop off my luggage. Vertoe had a location right around the corner from where I was interviewing, I walked in and provided them with my ID and snapped a picture of the tag and was on my way to my interview. To pick it up I just had to show my picture of the tag and was on my way. The whole process went super quickly and I appreciated it as nerves are always high before an interview :-)”
