Hi Lawrence, I'm sorry for this experience. While Vertoe is a service within these stores and there may be an occasional wait for other business operations, we aim to keep this short. “The staff were a little weird/abrupt during drop-off, but overall there were no real issues and we were able to get in and out quickly and on time! We appreciated that the bags were stored in a separate room not visible to the whole store, and Vertoe tags were used for the bags.”

“I was SUPER apprehensive using the service bc I’ve never done so before. We dropped our bags off and was constantly wondering if all of our luggage was going to be there when we got back (we had 9 pieces all together)& if our bags were going to be gone through. The guy seemed pretty nice & respectful when I dropped them & I seen him move them to the back (the Vertoe was in deli/corner store). We came back to get our bags & it was someone else at the front counter he was extremely nice and a bit of a jokester we got our bags right away, no issues, nothing missing or broken. Thanks for everything!!”
