“I didn’t get my umbrella back when I was checking in. Otherwise convenient. Lugging two suitcases in New York is crazy!”

“I am so glad that I found Vertoe which gives me the freedom of exploring the city without any luggage. The store put a plastic lock with serial number on my luggage and asked me to take a picture of the serial number. I trust my luggage is safe even with valuables.”

“Very straightforward to use and although I didn’t manage to take a picture of my case with the tag it was all good. Staff at pioneer supermarket Brooklyn very helpful with bus information too. A safe and inexpensive way to store luggage - would definitely use them again!”

“I was on a 15h layover in DC and United had refused to let me check in my bags on the previous flight. I wanted to visit DC but looked like I was out of luck... Vertoe saved my life! I was able to leave my bags safely and enjoy 8h visiting the lovely museums and walking around DC.”

“This was a lifesaver! It was so easy to find the store that I had made my reservation at and once I got there there was no issue. I felt like my bags were very secure and they were taken care of while I was exploring the city. Great service!”
