“The link that I was provided to refer a friend would not work. We tried it multiple times at different times of day and on the phone vs. laptop. The page would allow my travel partner to get all the way to the payment section but would then say "failed to complete" with no other explanation....it eventually worked just fine without the link but I didn't get my free bag for referral. When we arrived to check our bags, the gentleman almost turned us away because he didn't have any "tags". He asked if we had brought our own tags. He questioned us quite a bit about when we had mad our reservation, insinuating that we had just made it that day...which we had not. He kept telling us that they has a flood of reservations that day and "no one brought us any tags". I don't even know what tags he's referring to...we've never used this service before. He eventually accepted our bags "because I know that I'm the only place open and so there's nowhere else for you to go, so I feel bad, so I will take them, but normally I wouldn't". He didn't offer any options about what we were supposed to have done to get our money back if he hadn't accepted the bags. He also asked us to lock our own bags (luckily we had one lock) and stated that he "didn't want to be responsible for anything going missing". I thought the whole point was that they put the bags somewhere where no one else besides the employees would have access to them....how could anything go missing? We did end up leaving our bags for about 1/2 the time we intended as we were in fact desperate (at 3 am). When we returned, our bags weren't even in a room...just behind the counter. With no one elses's bags in sight. The interaction was very strange. I'm happy nothing went wrong, but I am weary of using this service in the future.”

“Easy to book and leave the lugguage but a bit strange way of working. We had to take a picture of the Vertoe tag which was attached to the bag and further nothing at all. Easy, fast absolutely but not 100% reliable, with more bags of different people anyone can take a picture like this. As it is the first time I used Vertoe I don't know if this way of working is common sense or just the way of working in this particular drop point. Should be safer with some handover receipt as well according to me. The service as such is great.”

“WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Do not book with Vertoe!! THE DAY OF my trip we brought our luggage to the address from this site and as soon as we entered the store they yelled toward us rudely that they had no room for any of our luggage. VERY DISAPPOINTING.”

“Vertoe is really great when flights at night. But when I booked in Santa Monica the night before my booking, the shop closed down. Maybe someone didn't update the system of that. When I chatted with the customer care, I told I had to take uber coz it was further from Santa Monica Pier. The only compensation was 20%. That was the only downer.”

“The luggage storage service provided by Vertoe is amazing and very reasonably priced. The online booking process was extremely smooth. And the dropoff and pickup took very little time. The location we used near Harvard Square is as good as it gets for a visit to Harvard and MIT. I will definitely use Vertoe again.”

“The idea is great, but the customer service we got upon arrival at our pre-booked spot was dismal. The clerk tapped our plastic bagged car-seats with his foot and said, we don't take that - maybe you are in the wrong place. Which is really frustrating when you have children and bags in hand. We bagged the car-seats differently and they accepted our luggage, with an additional comment of 'next time bring your car', which makes absolutely no sense to say to a traveling family...the same clerk was very polite when we returned and our bags were in fine condition, but the initial interaction was really bad.”

“The place we stored our luggage was easy to find and had very friendly staff. We are thankful we found this service as it solved the problem of what to do with our stuff during the day while we continued to enjoy the city and make a later flight.”
