“This is the first time I used this service, however, I was shocked to find that the place that I was offered to store my bags was a Mexican restaurant and when I asked them where will I put the bags, they said, "just leave them on the side of the room where people are eating, fwe are not responsible for anything valuable." there was no way I was going to leave my bags there so I called up Vetoe and asked them to move my booking to another place nearby and they did that and the second place was quite satisfactory, but this is just to let you know that sometimes you might have to double-check the place that they're offering because sometimes they're not exactly secure.”

“The place where we left our bags was a very nice hostel. The system of security precincts is good. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because, after I took the photos of the precincts and tried to check in, the app crashed. I had to close it and open it again and the photos were not saved. Since I was already outside the hostel I had to take pictures of trees to get past the check in part. I was worried it might get me in trouble when I came back to check out. Luckily the hostel manager didn’t ask for the photos and everything was OK.”

“When I arrived at store one of employees screaming with 2 Muslim women about this is America go back to your own country...if I had not already paid for bag to be there I would never have left it....never again”

“Vertoe was a lifesaver. We found out last minute that we could not stow our bags at the Airbnb. We didn’t want to cart our luggage all over NYC. Both locations we used were very friendly. It was easy to use. Booking another today in Philly.”

“First time I've used Vertoe, and impressed by the efficiency and organisation. The retailer put numbered tags on our cases, which we then had to photograph. This shows that cases haven't been tampered with. The shop was very close to a subway line that went straight to the airport. Perfect!”
