“Using Vertoe during a long layover in NYC was a horrible, horrible experience. We found a site near Penn Station. During the check-in process, the app crashed. To further add to the frustration, the attendant was exceptionally rude. The app crashed again after payment. When I tried to check the status, the app showed there was NO reservation. So, fearing the attendant would not return our bags later in the day, we took our bags and carried them everywhere! The attendant at the location was rude, almost to the point of hostile. He even told us to retrieve our own bags from the back of the store. Never, ever am I using this app again! And, I want a refund of $12! Peter”
