“The Vertoe service is great, but I was a little disappointed in the location where we stored luggage. The checkin process seemed very lax, and when we returned, our luggage was out in the middle of the store floor. In the end, there were no problems, but this was not the kind of security I expected at all.”

“Good price! I tried to be polite but the guy didn’t even look at me just pointed at things, very rude. The bags just stand there so not too safe..”

“I was headed to the Seahawks game and needed to store my suitcase. The storage around the stadium was not as safe and cost at least $10. This was safe, they expected me, and it's 3 blocks from the light rail and one block from the ferry. The clerk sealed my suitcase with a numbered tag so there was no question about its servility. Highly recommended.”

“I'd never heard of this service before but it was perfect. Quick to book through my phone, lots of locations to choose from and very simple to use - just drop off and pick up. Very friendly staff at the venue I used, reassuring security too as she checked my ID and gave us secure tags for our bags. Overall, great service!”
