“Primary concern - will my suitcase be safe? It was. Very efficient, very easy, and gave me the freedom to tour Boston for a few hours. I would most definitely use this service again.”

“Easy process all the way through from reserving to picking up. Store employees were nice and helpful as well and the Portland location we used was central. Overall great experience! Will definitely use again.”

“We made the reservation the day before and arrived around 10:30am (they open at 10am). There were no lockers available. Our bags sat out in a hallway. Other alternatives for locations should be offered. I was not given that option.”

“I’m glad the service exists, but I wish that locations were disclosed before payment. The location I reserved to store my sons car seat during the day was inside of a smoke shop and I was unwilling to take my two young children into the shop after we just been having discussions about the dangers of smoking and lost relatives to lung disease.”

“Missed our bus because the individual who stored our bags was away and could not be found. Upset that we had to spend more money on bus tickets and arrive at our destination way later than we were supposed to. It was a very exhausting and stressful evening thanks to poor service.”

“I learnt about this service by accident after arriving in San Diego and my ride was held up in La traffic for 3 hours. Found out about this service after a google map search. Was so good to be able to drop my bags off and go for lunch not having to worry about my bags. The lady who helped me was friends and very helpful.”

“App timed out several booking requests with 2-3 closest locations, but worked with the next on. Checked in/out without any troubles, shop owner was polite, luggage is safe.”
