“Loved it. So easy. The exact address of the bag storage location is provided after you confirm your booking. Mostly it would be a restaurant of some kind. Go there and drop off the bag with the tag. Take a picture of the tag. When you have to pick it up, just show them the photo of the tag. That's it. Such a simple idea, elegantly executed !!”

“Very unsatisfied! Despite payment, I didn't receive a short message. As a result, the shop owner was not willing to store my luggage. (even though I showed him a screenshot of the confirmation) So I had to pay again at the shop. I cannot recommend Vertoe!”

“Hello, There's a problem with the reservation l made. When arriving, the personn asked me for 12$, and I couldn't check on my bank account. I was surprised but finally I gave him 12$ cash. So I have paid twice for this réservation. You can understand I am not very satisfied, and off course I Ask for 12$ refund.”
