“Website easy to understand and to use. Wide availability of places to compare and to choose from. I left a bag in a laundry for approx 2 weeks and I didn't have problems.”

“We had our luggage stored in one of the gift shops near Penn Station. The drop off and pick up were ok, I wish there was a system though for making sure people pick up their own bags. Currently its fully trust based.”

“I left my bag here when I went on a run in Central Park the other night and I had no issues. The man behind the counter who took my bag was very pleasant. I had no worries with leaving my stuff with them and when I got my bag back it was nice and secure. I would definitely use this service again”

“Flew into Dallas and needed a place to store luggage while did some sightseeing before heading to Arlington. Renting a car just for storage was going to be expensive even just for a couple of hours. We found Vertoe online as a option and saw great things said and took a chance and it was so fantastic in every way, economincally, time, location etc Such a great idea!! Thank you for thinking outside the box and helping travelers out!”

“The idea of Vertoe is excellent. I’m definitely giving it another try. But the woman who “helped” us at our drop off location was rude, gave super unclear instructions on what to do with our bags which in turn made me nervous to leave my stuff with her. It all worked out and I’ll say that it was not Vertoe that I was disappointed with rather the woman who was probably just having a bad day.”

“I did not like the first person that handled my luggage. He was not polite and charged me $20 for an extra backpack (when the price for my big suitcase was just $11) and said that it needed to be cash and I needed to give it to him. This seemed very dishonest to me and I did not trust him. I also had a hard time understanding how my backpack was going to be stored in that place since, 1) I could not see any Vertoe signs right away, and 2) I wasn't sure where they would store it. This, added to the poor quality of customer service provided by the employee made me rethink the idea of using this service. The next day, I had a different employee handle the service and he was much helpful. But still, I'm not very comfortable with the idea that the bags were just placed in their backroom.”
