been ripped off by very returned a microwave 4 months ago still no refund i want a my microwave returning or b a replacement micro or c a full refund very has closed my acct without asking me very have my microwave which i have a returns receipt for absolutely fuming disgusted with this appaling company

I ordered a tumble dryer and it was damaged beyond belief so I rang customer service and they would answer and not even talk to me I could hear them giggling in the background saying I wonder how long he'll "keep saying hello" eventually I got through to someone a day later who then role me it's not there problem I should ring the manufacturer. Only to be told by manufacturer to ring "very" they wouldn't send out a replacement until I purchased another. Now I'm waiting for a refund I also have to arrange there delivery company to come and collect it as this is not there problem. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS I will never be buying again

0Customer service is awful. Phoned Customer service yesterday and on both occasions, the customer service agents hung up on me while looking up my details. From my experiences with them their Customer Service has been bad, and as a result I stopped ordering from them. I had to call them yesterday however; something to do with an extended warranty. (which I regret taking out with them). I realy can't believe that Very is still trading, given that their Customer Service is so atrocious!

The worst service I have ever had. I would advise people to steer well away from very. Even if it means paying more elsewhere. Nothing compared to the mess they make of things and the time and money that you will waste on them

Have a faulty tv, been emailing them and ringing since beginning of June and still no success, worst customer services ever, I'm closing my account, my advice don't use Very, buy from argos or somewhere who exchange faulty goods no questions asked, looks like I'll lose £500 because it's too much hassle, I know where I'll be buying from in the future!!

"Horrendous company Horrendous company, worst Customer Service ever experienced!!! Childs bed fell apart after 7 months. Sent independent inspector who declared it dangerous and confirmed he did not know why it had happened but that part was available and needed replacing. Very then bill us for inspection stating that fault was not a manufacturers fault. Refused to advise why fault had happened and refused to let us see report. Continued to chase for payment for inspection. Then backed down and said repair would happen. Part still not received. My husband works long hours and is not available during the day although he has 3 times phoned and given authorisation for me (his wife) to handle complaint they will not speak to me without him being here, apparently they require written authorisation which considering we sent formal complaint 4 weeks ago and they still have not had the courtesy to reply I am not going to waste my time writing any more letters. 2.5 months my 3 yr old son has now been without a bed!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY as if anything goes wrong they will do everything they can to avoid honouring the guarantee. Staff are rude and condescending and show no willing to help."

Dreadful service from Very. Allowed us to order a product not in stock then failed THREE TIMES to tell us it would not be delivered on designated day, despite advising it was on course for delivery each time. Then had to be chased to deliver refund. Terrible experience.

If I could give them no stars I would but they are so bloody awful. Kept saying my order was fine I've been approved for credit bla bla bla the day it's meant to be delivered they cancel it then make up some bullshit that I wasn't entitle to credit your bank refused bla bla bla worst stupid company ever. Their service on the phone was crap take it they don't understand customer services also maybe they need retraining to actually do their fucking job. Other being moody fuckers. Yeah because your life is so bad that you can't even get peoples orders right if I'm completely honest this company should be shut down just like woolworths

"Absolutely ridiculous. Placed order on Monday for delivery Wednesday but the website crashed. Before I could even get back to the basket I was rang by an English adviser who confirmed my order, promised it was placed and told me to keep an eye out for my confirmation email. Today (Tuesday) after not having received the email I rang very customer service only to be first of all hung up on after holding for ages and then to a sarcastic and unhelpful foreign adviser I could barely understand and clearly didn't care. He told me that there was no record of any order on the system and that I could reorder if I wanted to - NOT A CHANCE! No apology and refused to put me through to a manager. The worst customer service I've ever received. I will NEVER shop with very again. (The order was nearly £300).

Customer service is appalling. I could hardly understand what the customer service girl was saying. She made no sense what so ever and could give no answers to my questions. What has happened to very customer service. So sad.

Customer service non existent, take ages to respond to queries and if (many times they simply do not reply) they eventually do it's not to the points raised initially.

If I could give zero stars I would do not use very as buy now pay later they switch your account and bang a load of charges on !! It's not zero percent credit it's 35.5 percent added to the cost !! Also contacting anyone who can help you is pretty impossible I ran up an £35 phone bill trying to ring them and couldn't even understand the person on the other line it's disgusting customer service stay away !!!!

This is simply the most incompetent organisation in the world. Do not, under any circumstances order anything from them. If you do....pray it arrives ok because their customer service is unbelievably awful. Quite atrocious.

They have some really good items to purchase and good payment plans,BUT they fail to deliver in my case and constantly mess up payment plans. I have resorted to online chat to resolve problems as the last person I spoke to could not prounounce "Bunk Beds" . The most recent being they changed my payment plan from six month interest free to their plan to pay interest every month. Come on Very sort it out . Twice this has happened , luckily for me I can pay it off , but I am sure others may get in to difficulty, which is very unfair.

I purchased an outside table and chairs from Very on 23 May 2017. This was delivered in mid-June and we put it together on Saturday 1 July. In the 6 weeks since 1 July, the table and chairs have rusted badly. If you sit on the chairs, you get rust marks on your clothes, making the product unusable. There are big rust patches on our patio. On 10 August, we decided that as much as we love the look of the product, we cannot accept a product that is not fit for purpose and will only degrade further with time. I contacted Very - first via their Live Chat. They advised me to call their customer service line. I did this and was put through to their 'upholstery team'. The agent on the phone told me that they could not offer a refund. They had to send an engineer to look at the product to verify if it was faulty. If they decided it wasn't, we would be liable for £45. They would not accept photographic evidence. I did not think this was acceptable - as it means I have to take a day off work for an engineer, and a second day for the table to be collected. Also - if the engineer decides that the rust is our fault - perhaps they somehow think an outside table and chairs needs to be covered whenever it rains, even in summer?! - then I would be liable for £45. I think this is appalling customer service - showing huge distrust in the customer. I asked to speak to a Manager. The agent said someone would call me back. No one has called me back. I then submitted a negative review of the product online. I received a response saying my review had been 'moderated' - i.e. would not be published. Again this is outrageous - can you imagine Amazon doing this? DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS ON VERY AS THEY ONLY PUBLISH THE GOOD ONES. I then filled in the Complaints form on the Very website, attaching photographic evidence. It said I would receive a reply within 48 hours. It has been 7 days and I have received no reply whatsoever. This is a company who doesn't give a damn about the customer or the customer's rights. I will never buy from Very again.

I bought 2 display units in June, I paid for handyman £110 to come and fit, while fitting they found faulty parts, they took parts from the 2nd one and found more faulty parts so they couldnt finish their job. I called very customer service whom initially advised me they will send me an entire new unit to take faulty parts from there. They also promised to send handyman to fit the units. It's now 2 months and I still have no display units fitted, only boxes lying around my house. Absoloutly disgusting. I call them almost every other day. Customer services don't understand at all, upholstery department promises and nothing happens. I have been with this company for years and never been that terrible. Very disappointed.

I have been a customer for many years. Have spend £1,000s with them. I have a complaint about the way an expensive item was delivered. Have sent several emails and spoken to someone who assured me someone would be in touch. I have not heard a thing.
