Ordered goods but 10 days later still not arrived. Both Yodel and Very customer service are atrocious .....wish me luck that the goods arrive soon!!! Avoid them at all costs!

Had never missed a payment until I unfortunately lost my Job, as soon as I got another job I caught up very quickly but the company was unsimpatheric and sent me a email saying I could no longer order and are closing my account when the balance is settled anyone could loose their job and I have accounts elsewhere that were very understanding and happy to keep me as a customer. Most disgusting company I have ever dealt with. My account was deleted for no apparent reason, when I contacted VERY, I was informed that a mistake was made. I ask how this could be fixed and was informed that I would need to file a complaint. Guess what! The complaints department does not have a contact number. I have now spent over 3 days waiting for them to call me back and still nothing. Disgusting and disgraceful customer service. Good bye

Always hard to resolve any issues and if you shop with Very you’ll have lots of issues! They use a very sharp practice to get you to buy more, they give you two months notice that unless your balance is in excess of £1000 your interest rate will increase by about 10%. This is only to get you to purchase more on your account, there can be no other reason but then to top that they still charge the extra interest even if your account balance exceeds £1000! This has happened twice to me and it takes many calls to their ‘customer service’ dept, usually ending up with having to make a complaint to get the matter put right. Many people wouldn’t go through the hassle so they gain two ways. Once my account is paid off I will never use them again even though I have been a good customer of many years standing.

Failed to deliver a paid for £800 fridge freezer without any notice, and then failed to contact me the next day about when they would deliver it. When I rang them, they had no answer as their 'system was down'. Quite obviously never had the item in stock and were scrambling to find one. Shockingly bad.

Waiting three days for a delivery, rearranged didn’t turn up but yodel said they left a card saying they been but they hadn’t, charged my account before even receiving the goods. Sent e mails no response very poor customer service. Would not use again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! HAVING A MAJOR ISSUE WITH A RETURN/REFUND. ITEM REFUSED TO BE REFUNDED AND THEY SAY THEY HAVE SENT ITEM BACK TO ME WHICH THEY HAVE NOT. I have now looked at others review and think its time Trading Standards step in.

Everything went wrong... There was problems with their telephone lines. Their customer service was appalling. Staff were unhelpful and incompetent!

Terrible customer service had a fridge freezer for two day it broke they wanted to leave me for over 1 week with no fridge I'm 7 month pregnant and a two year who's medication has to be refrigerated , they did not care after 3 days of constant phone call and being cut of nemeours time I took my custom else where , now fight for compensation for food I lost , they had the cheek to offer me £10

Very poor customer service got a fridge freezer delivered today .it was the one with the water dispenser at front on putting water into the tank it ran straight out so phone very and they where not intrested at all they said repair had nothing to do with them which I found shocking as it was 3 hr old. They told me to contact the manufacturer of the fridge. Totally disgusted with the service and will never do bussiness with them again.

This is about payments to Very. I make my usual payment every month but Very require payment every 28 days. So I have contacted them a few times now by phone/email asking them if my payment date can be changed at all as by the time my next payday comes it works out I am 1-2 weeks overdue. So basically I have again just made a payment as I got paid on 18th Sept but now my next payment is due 6th Oct but I won't get paid again now until 16th Oct so once again, my payment will be late which mean interest will be added on. Customer service have been now help WHAT SO EVER!! I have expressed my concerns of my account becoming more in arrears but they do not give a damn! They have f**ked me right off now as its my account being effected and with many attempts to contact them to come to a better arrangement they just don't want to know. So I feel like just giving up but if I do, my account is going to get even more in arrears but again they won't help me so it's just one big cycle! So annoyed with them 😠😠
