“訂貨後收到電郵指4/1/2022會送貨，等至5:15pm未有消息，致電查詢，貴公司職員語氣態度差，只問我送邊區，指送屯門要夜晚，我詢問會是大約幾點至幾點，回應答我唔到，因為好多單。”

“I have 6 cats all over 10 years old . They are on prescribed petfood. My daughter referred me to Vetopia and I am glad to find a responsible and efficient supplier . I joined a recurring plan that will supply my planned amount of catfood on a monthly basis. I then can add extra order on ad hoc basis to serve my unaccountable demands. The customer service is also very helpful.”

“你們預設每月訂講的優惠，我幾年都無法亨用，因為我有兩隻貓，每月購買大嘅1.5包糧，而且每月可能都想試加少許新品用，這樣規範模式完全不合用，給客戶要求自己記得加減改單，增加客戶壓力。我是貴司舊客戶，已有幾年，最好增設super VIP code 優惠，簡單方便，客戶隨心訂購。貴司網店經常彈出無謂要求機動式問要否幫忙，但實際完全幫唔到忙，劃面阻住睇繳款界面，設計有問題，將重點放錯。進入貴司網店，如有優惠就可彈出來給客戶睇，這對客戶才有用。貴司售賣的洗耳仔水，不是市面最受歡迎好用的。以上在電話已反影幾次，但一直都沒有改善。今次希望貴司會關注及改善。我維持在貴司購買東西，是因為相信貴公司售賣產品都是正品，不會賣假貨，送貨快，這個是good加分。”
