“Stayed at villa Indico in Lanzarote. All you need to know. The villa was great on a very quiet street. There is a shop near by just go to bottom of the street turn left then left again and you will see the shop on the left. It says supermarket restaurant but its just a shop. It sells English food some Warburton's bread in freezer. But beware of the fresh milk got two bottles on different days both went off next day. The beach and restaurant bars are 10 min walk from the villa. Again go to the end of the street turn let just keep going till you reach the beach and you will see the bars up the street on the right. The main town Puerto del carmen is much the same as the beach bars. The taxi number they leave you is great you just tell them the villa name and they there straight away. Cost 5 euro to go to main town. All in all had a great week here in a great villa that is completely private no overlooked from anywhere,”

“I booked a villa for 3 weeks May 2021 paid my full balance and was told the villa was ready for us!! but how could we get there Jet 2 cancelled our flights but got full fefund from them. Marjorca was in lockdown so we couldn't get there, how stupid are these people, so my villa stood empty for 3 weeks abs disgraceful, i have a disabled son and had to check if its suitable to start with!!!!@ I wad told i had to claim on my travel insurance as they were not going to refund me or offer a voucher, my insurance company paid out but what a hassle, and i had to pay the £200 excess, instead of leaving staff on the front line to deal with it all where was the managing directors of Vill Plus disgracefull!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Brilliant and swift service friendly staff at destination and villa was amazing. Would return in future it was a beautiful setting and the pool was so nice and went down well with the kids”

“We have booked with Villa over the last 4 years and always found the company extremely helpful. Unfortunately our holiday in May was cancelled I looked on the Villa Plus website and it said we were unable to contact them due to the volume of people contacting, it stated that 10 days after the departure date a refund would be given, true to word we received a full refund without any hassle and stress. Thank you Villa Plus we would definitely book with you again.”

“This is the third villa holiday with Villa plus. We have been very pleased with the ease of booking and value for money when booking our holiday online. the customer service for any queries is quick, prompt and accurate. Cannot recommend them any higher.”

“we stayed in vilamoura portugal which was a lovely area and the villa was a good size but did need a bit of updating as there was loose tiles on the floor in living area no air con downstairs only in bedrooms so was hot in the evenings no outside garden lights so very dark in the evenings and i know its self catering but thought we would have some tea and coffee on arrival and maybe some water as they say not to drink the tap water ! 2 out of the 3 showers would flood as water didn't drain properly and the jets on our shower didn't work and thought some coles would of been left for the bbq as we left nearly a whole bag but i guess they remove everything ,they left bin bags but weren't big enough for the bin ! and the tv in the living area was quite small and echoed round the villa . They have tried to make it child friendly but not in a great way lets just say if we had paid over £3k for a week in the summer i would of been really P@***ed off !!! and the pool was in the shade the whole time . villa joliet 34 lot 5 stayed oct 7th-14th”

“Villa Olympian Tsilivi. Whilst the villa was very nice, it's a shame we were not made aware of the steep hill approaching the villa. A member of out party had walking issues and was unable to cope with it after injuring her leg. Had to seek medical attention!”

“Hi this was our 4th holiday with villa plus and must strongly say we booked villa Anamar for our week break.this villa must be put down as Car essential.😡😡had to get a taxi everywhere even to local shop.the write up is all wrong......please change this as its a 40min stroll to the shop but definitely a taxi back (uphill )no would never book this villa again and sad to say the bathrooms were clean but definitely need up dated....”

“Used to be really impressed with Villa Plus as used them for years. However this year more than ever not enough monitoring is done by the reps between villa lets resulting in them not spotting appliances not working. They should introduce feedback forms at villas for holidaymakers to fill in to avoid the same faults still being there a year later! Cut backs (though they’ll say it’s to not infringe on your privacy!) by not popping to villas soon after arriving like in the past unless you request a visit. Poor customer service.”

“We are currently staying at Villa Olivo in Port Pollensa Majorca. Villa difficult to find due to poor directions, entry to drive vague and confusing. First day Saturday basin and shower were blocked. I emailed office and representative called round first thing Sunday morning. Maintenance man came on Monday morning and cleared blockage. Disappointing garden and overall feel the villa is not upto the normal standard expected. Will not use Villa Plus again after staying in this villa.”

“Delfin sol villa Disappointed on arrival after staying in several lovely villas with villa plus this villa was poor. The swimming pool was not clean... We could not use the second bathroom or bedroom due to an awful smell Glad it was only two of us as not enough room for 4 people as advertised only 3 dining chairs inside Beautiful views although with no wind breaker and as very high up it was very windy to sit out... Cleanliness on arrival was poor We are leaving it alot cleaner Shelf in fridge broken and coffee table very marked not a good impression on arrival. Feel this villa needs updating”

“Stayed recently at Villa Esmeralda near Estapona….whilst very clean inside the bedrooms smelt damp, I don’t know if this villa has had damp problems but flooring in the bedrooms was not fitted well at all and felt like it had been damaged by water. The showers were not consistent, either scorching hot or cold. The seating in the living area is one of the most uncomfortable sofas I have ever sat on. I know you can pay for starter pack but all other villa plus villas we have rented have had the basics left for us on arrival. Outside the dining table cloth on arrival was filthy and the cushions in the seating area need replaced as they are not fit for purpose.”

“Villa dorada, playa Blanca, lanzarotte. Very dated. Felt dirty. Needs a deep clean minimum but really needs up dating. Lots of small bugs everywhere. Got bitten on legs around 15 times. Chemist said they are not mosquito bites… pool was ok. Area outside had broken or not working street lights which made it a very eary feeling when returning at night.”

“I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with Villa Plus. Despite providing a substantial seven months' notice due to unforeseen health issues, they refused a refund and showed a complete lack of sympathy. Their unresponsiveness, taking over two weeks to reply to a single email, further added to the frustration. Villa Plus appears more focused on taking money than on customer care. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking with them, as their unsympathetic service has left me thoroughly dissatisfied.”

“Just got back from a 2 week Holiday booked through this Company. The Villa wasn't cleaned properly, upstairs the 2 spair rooms had 2 x single beds in each room for children . We couldn't open the wardrobes because there was no room , they had changed the owners beds to get more people in the rooms but they were children's beds not for Adults. Villa Plus would not change the mattresses so we where going to buy them ourselves but we managed to get in touch with the owners, the came around & agreed they changed the sleeping arrangements without him knowing. He went out & bought 2 x property mattress after a heated exchange. He said he wouldn't use them ever again after this season!!! All I can say Villa Plus couldn't care less with the customer, any other business would make sure you were happy with everything but not Villa Plus . Anyone booking with Villa Plus please be careful we spent hard earned money to have 2 weeks in the sun & lovely Villa but they aren't the Company they make out. This is the first & last time we use Villa Plus just be careful .”
