“Awful bought an item which arrived smashed I clicked the report an issue button and got an automated response saying we will contact you within 48 hours didnt hear from them for 3 days only to be told I cant do anything as it's outside the 48 hours cut off!!!! They just dont give A damn”

“This app is NOT seller friendly. They had had more excuses for removing my listings that are based on bogus reasons. Claiming that I was reselling items that I PERSONALLY made! Stating I'm listing as a commercial business because most of my items are handmade by myself as a HOBBY. Then accusing me of using stolen images of my own personal property. Images of things I personally made and took the photos of.”

“Bought skirt and comes out fake but if you click ok or 2 days gone you canot do nothing. They don’t do nothing to verify fakes either ! They just want you yourself talk seller who cut tags and know exactly selling china shit! Not recommend fake heaven and scammers . Not existing costumer care . Plus scammer who took your money can put you negative .it’s a joke costumer care.”

“Scammers!!! Bought trainers and receive an empty envelope! Customer services absolutely don't care and don't help I lost 70£ and paid buyer protection fees!!! What for Vinted take that fee if you can't protect buyers? Absolutely disgusting never felt that stupid.”

“Awful. Spent over £40 on orders that I never received. Vinted refuse to help because I missed their tight 48 hour deadline after the orders were marked "delivered" to raise an issue. Hardly fair considering that I did not receive a notification saying the order was delivered and even if I had, I was in hospital so wouldn't have been able to do anything about it in that time anyway.”

“Very poor customer service. I ordered an I pad while on holiday it was delivered while I was away. It didn’t work and the conman that sold it to wont give a refund. Because I didn’t report it within two days vinted wont help .AVOID 😡”

“I was blocked for suspicion of commercial activities???? I am a fulltime psychotherapist with a passion for perfume (and a small youtube hobby channel with perfume reviews) and i built up some debt after buying my first house recently and falling ill not being able to work for a while. So I decided to put up a part of my perfume collection for sale so i can pay my mortgage as i recover. I have purchased quite a lot of perfume (second hand also) from your website, so why am i now not allowed to do the same when there are thousands of listings of (old and fake) perfume bottles on vinted? I really don't understand how this would be considered fraudulent?? Every bottle i have listed is 100% authentic, has a fair price, and I've always treated people fairly. I cannot say the same in the other direction though. If you want proof, i have attached 2 screenshots of my instagram accounts. I just put in hours of work taking pictures of all my perfume so having my account blocked unjustly is extremely frustrating. Please fix this....”

“This site has blocked me after a week of selling on their platform due to 'Suspicious Financial Activity'. I had only sold and bought some items on their platform and had not even attempted to withdraw my funds yet. There is absolutely no reason on why I would be blocked for the reason they have given. I checked online and can see there are THOUSANDS of customers who have had this same issue. The problem I have is, customer's have purchased from me who are awaiting their items and I cannot send them due to the block i have on my account. Also i have money pending and are worried that they might steal this as I cannot access it. This is absolutely absurd and wish I read the reviews before signing up to this app. They are currently being investigated by the EU and there trust pilot reviews are on a 1* rating. Please do not waste your time and anxiety on this company, its absolutely vile what they have done.”

“If you’re a scam seller it’s a fantastic platform to sell you stuff....if you’re a genuine buyer not not purchase anything from this site as you will more than likely be ripped off and Vinted will be side with the seller DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMERS PARADISE”

“It's OK if you are a seller ,but for a buyer you don't have a leg to Stand on, no much protection. lots of the clothes have strong perfumes in them and some have small stains for which it's very difficult to complain. And only if the seller accept the return you can post them back ,this of course its at your expense, and it's the double of the amount of your original postage, must be because vinted has a special contracts with the postal service they use. So it's worth the risk ,I say no , on ten seller you lucky to find 5 good ones ,make your life easier be out of trouble.”

“Ordered an item, it never arrived and the seller didn't respond to messages. I left an honest (negative) review, which she replied to and lied, saying that the item had been delivered (it hadn't even been posted, and Vinted refunded me / auto cancelled the order due to this). I edited my review in response to her lie. A week later, and Vinted have blocked me, with no explanation as to why, or if it's temporary or permanent. Seems as though innocent parties get punished on this site, whereas blatant liars / scammers are allowed to get away with it. Will delete my account but would really, really like to hear their reasoning, first!”

“I was shocked that one week ago my account got blocked (again), without any notice. I wrote to the support, asking why my account got blocked. They said that it was due to an issue, which they wrote me several times, they blamed me that I didn't respond. I got NO message at all from supports. I got to asked them 3 times, why my account got blocked, which they hesitantly were finally giving answer. I then showed them, I got no message from them, AT ALL!!! Why could they easily block their sellers like that?!?! They said that they were sorry that their message weren't clear enough for me. HEY! I GOT NO MESSAGE AT ALL FROM YOU! NONE. YOU BLOCKED ME RIGHT AWAY ANYWAY. . I've been using Vinted for more than 5 years in Germany. Both to buy and sell. I got more than 400 listings in my profile. Hundreds of transactions had been made. Yet, I find there is very weak support for sellers. If someone clicked a complaint button on you, you will immediately get banned and blocked!!! ONE COMPLAINT. I got this experience 3 times this year, with similar reasons, that the buyers was not satisfied with the product. I wrote to the support, giving them screenshots of the conversations and photos to state the good condition of the stuffs. They don't bother it at all. I still forced to accept return or giving partial discount of the stuff. In this last case, the buyers was not satisfied because the short is not suited for her. I took photos of the label and even the measurements with measurement tape!!! What else could I do other than that! She also said that the short is also yellowish, which is not true! I got photos to prove. I've written also in the ads and profile, that I do not give returning policy. (Privat Verkauf. Keine Garantie, Gewährleistung, oder Rücknahme.) Which apparently means nothing for the Vinted support. Although I gave them photos to prove, they do not bother to see the case. They said I have to offer return policy or giving discount. There is really no support for the sellers in this platform. One complaint, and you will easily get blocked for weeks! For someone who view Vinted as an income source, this hurts so much. They do not even support you at all! Sellers, I wouldn't even recommend you to sell on Vinted. Bad bad sellers support.”

“Vinted dont give a fu*k about sellers, it's run by pieces of sh*t frankly so honestly close your account with them and sell on shpock, depop, ebay anywhere else that's not Vinted cause they suck. Once my last item has gone through I'm dumping this trash app 😂”
