“Villa Pure Life is absolutely stunning! Having private access to the sea and being able to swim whenever we wanted was amazing. There are steps leading into the water and a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off afterward.The property has several unique seating areas, which made it easy to find a quiet spot to relax or give guests their own space. Each bedroom is spacious, has its own air conditioning, and includes a private washroom, which made everything feel comfortable and luxurious. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped, with lots of storage space and three fridges, making it perfect for entertaining or simply enjoying a longer stay. Zeljko is a fantastic host. Welcoming, responsive, and supported by a very professional team. I would absolutely recommend staying here. It was a peaceful, unforgettable experience.”

“Villa Novita was a wonderful house with wonderful views of the water and beautiful sunsets, and nice to have the choice of swimming in the pool or the warm sea. Ana was a great host and very helpful. The house is really lovely but is more suitable to be used as a base as the kitchen isn't so good for self catering for 8 people as it's not so well equipped. Novigrad is a 20-30 minute walk up and down hill which is not an easy stroll in the heat. There isn't much in Novigrad as for food shopping, and not to many places to eat but we did try the Queen for pizza which was good. Our party all had a wonderfull holiday.”

“Amazing Villa Stay at Villa Divina Fortuna in Vodice We were a group of 11 friends who stayed in this fantastic villa in Vodice for a week, and we couldn’t have been happier. The villa was spacious, modern, and spotless, with most bedrooms having private bathrooms. There were even four fully equipped kitchens, giving us plenty of space and flexibility. The outdoor area was a highlight – a large, clean pool with a beautiful terrace, and the added convenience of a fridge and toilet by the pool made relaxing outside even better. The location was perfect: just a 10-minute walk to the promenade with great restaurants, bars, beaches, and water activities. The personal concierge service truly elevated our stay. They were always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and genuinely kind. They helped us arrange airport transport, connected us with a professional and reliable boat rental company, and even organized two private chefs who prepared a delicious 4-course dinner that we enjoyed on the rooftop terrace — a wonderful and memorable evening. These services made planning and coordinating everything so much easier, especially for a large group like ours. Everything was smooth, well-organized, and ideal for a relaxing holiday. We would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!”

“The villa is large and has a big pool. Pets were allowed, but if you have more than one pet, you have to pay a hefty fee. We had to pay €40 per pet per day for each additional pet, which we had never had to pay before. The air conditioning in our room was broken and no one came to repair it. For the price, this villa should offer more. In my opinion, it's not worth the price. On the day of departure, the owner's brother just walked in at 8:00 in the morning without giving any notice, without asking or knocking, and that was two hours before our checkout. We had even let them know the night before that we would be checking out at 10:00 a.m.,and he was offended when I said it wasn't okay to just walk in like that when we were all in our pajamas or scantily clad because he wanted to come and clean the pool and mow the lawn earlier. We've never experienced anything like this before. It has nothing to do with professionalism or luxury.”
