“This is an excellent property. The location is perfect. Quiet but less than 5 minutes from the centre of the old town. The room is very stylish, beautifully clean and very comfortable with a fabulous private outdoor terrace. The owner is delightful, incredibly helpful and the most perfect host. Thank you for a wonderful and 100% perfect stay.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Paradiso with Pool. The villa is even more beautiful than in the photos—spotlessly clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, and perfectly equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The peaceful location offers complete privacy while still being close enough to explore the charming towns and attractions of Istria. The outdoor area, including the pool and beautifully maintained garden, was exceptional and became our favorite place to unwind. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making sure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and would highly recommend Villa Paradiso to anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and unforgettable stay in Croatia. We would be delighted to return in the future!”

“We had a fantastic stay at the villa. Everything was very well organized, and the hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The house was exceptionally well equipped with snacks, drinks, shampoo, towels, and all the little essentials that are often missing in Airbnb rentals. It really felt like every detail had been thought through. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, and we truly appreciated the hospitality. Even though we may not have been the easiest group of guests, we always felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended!”

“Villa Adriatic Z is an exceptional waterfront retreat, perfectly positioned to capture breathtaking sunset views over the Adriatic. Newly built and beautifully designed, the villa blends timeless elegance with laid-back coastal charm, featuring a sophisticated palette of alabaster, coral, and gold throughout. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a true luxury experience. Guests will find plush robes in every bedroom, sumptuous bath towels, premium linens, and high-end bath amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen offers everything needed to prepare memorable meals, complemented by elegant dishware that makes every dining experience feel special. Designed for effortless Mediterranean living, the outdoor spaces are equally impressive. Multiple dining areas invite long, leisurely meals under the open sky, while the barbecue, pizza oven, and ice machine make entertaining a delight. The stunning pool is surrounded by oversized loungers—an idyllic spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the afternoon sun with a glass of the excellent local wine. Mature olive trees and native landscaping enhance the sense of privacy and tranquility, creating a secluded oasis where relaxation comes naturally. For those seeking a bit of recreation, a bocce court awaits. Despite its peaceful setting in a private cove, Villa Adriatic Z is ideally located for exploring the region. The historic city of Šibenik and the spectacular Krka National Park are both just a short 20-minute drive away. Charming coastal villages, crystal-clear beaches, and acclaimed local wineries are all within easy reach, offering endless opportunities to discover the beauty, culture, and flavors of the Dalmatian Coast. Whether you're seeking adventure, relaxation, or a bit of both, Villa Adriatic Z delivers an unforgettable Adriatic escape.”
