“When we started looking for a holiday villa, we contacted VIP holiday booker, because we have had a great experience with them several times so far. At the moment of our selection, the agent herself suggested this property to us and explained us that the construction and renovation works were in progress and that they do not have actual photographs at the moment. In short, we made the reservation based on the render images and the trust we already had in the agency. And I must say that we were not disappointed, in fact we were very delighted because everything was much better live than it looked on the projection photos. Our trust has been repeatedly justified and we gladly recommend this agency to our friends and families.”

“Barbara was supposed to meet us at check in but she was out of the country and available only by phone and text. Melita from housekeeping let us in but did not give us an overview of the house. We were able to figure most things out on our own, but it would have been helpful to have someone to orient us when we arrived. Barbara was quick to respond to our discovery of several issues with the interior and exterior of the house on the first day. The WIFI was a real problem with several of us needing to work remotely. We had everyone turn off phones/equipment if they weren't working but it didn't seem to help. Some of us had to work with laptops on the floor sitting next to the router to get service. We would not have rented this property if we had known this in advance. We did appreciate the well equipped kitchen. Thank-you, Macy Helminiak”

We are also sorry to learn that you were unhappy with the total experience due to the issues with the WiFi connection. We are also sorry that during your stay the weather was not perfect, and that the storm on the first day caused damage outdoors including broken glass. It was fixed the very next day.
Thank you also for confirming that Mrs. Barbara was quick to respond and always at her disposal. It means a lot. Mrs. Barbara also confirmed she sent a detailed overview and instructions for the villa. Unfortunately, she was not able to meet you in person due to family obligations but she arranged for her close associate Melita to meet you and hand over the keys to you.
We gave our best to solve the issue with wireless internet during your stay. As soon as you reported that the internet bandwidth speed was slow for your family members who worked remotely, Mrs. Barbara arranged additional router to be delivered to the villa. We have never had complaints about internet speed so far, even from IT developers who stayed at the villa recently for a team building trip. We believe that issue with WiFi during your stay was connected to bad weather and storms in the area.

“Great communication during booking process and prior to check in. However we were disappointed with the checkin process. We were told that we would be met at the property in person and be provided with instructions of how everything worked but no instructions were provided how or when this would happen. In reality we arrived at the property albeit early and had no idea what do next. When we contacted the number provided, which was to be fair answered promptly, we were told the property was unlocked. Our next and only face to face meeting was 3 days later when a representative arrived at the villa to collect the visitor tax. The representative of VIP Holiday Booker was available via a mobile number and we did have occasion once to contact them during our stay when some of the lighting in the villa failed. They responded promptly to our message and provided advice as to how to remedy the situation.”
