“I was having trouble getting a charger for my photon vapour, so i contacted VIP directly to see if they could help. I left my phone number on the e mail and asked them to help me. The response was immediate and very helpful. Thank you so much Janet, you were so helpful and patient with me and you showed what customer service should be but so often is not. Thanks again VIP and Janet”

“I had a problem with my delivery, where royal mail left it hanging out of my postbox and my eliquid went missing. I emailed in tuesday night and by tuesday morning Nicola had contacted me and sorted put a re-order. Thank you for fab customer service Nicola :0)”

“Always so helpful. Saw an offer showing on the website but couldn't work out how to claim it. When I rang them it turned out it was an expired offer yet they still honoured it which was a wonderfully pleasant surprise. Grant on the phone was fantastic, extremely helpful and chatty and his manager rounded up the discount for me which was again was very lovely of them. Have ordered from them for years and will continue to do so. Can't fault them. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!”

“I have to say that Janet D. is a credit to VIP I had a problem with products and she has been extremely helpful in solving. If I have occasion to contact VIP again would ask to speak to her as I am confident she would be helpful and not dismissive as some company's customer service help lines are.”

“I have been a loyal customer for many years but I Recently had an issue with a faulty product and contacted VIP. Upon inspection of the device and a few emails they kindly agreed to replace the device. Overall this was dealt with very quickly and efficiently and I would like to thank the members of staff concerned.”

“Great product good quality equipment I would like to point out that I normally use VIP menthol 1.6. I have tried lower. 0.8 and 0.3 both of these seem to burn faster and seem thinner Good service”

“Very fast service, would highly recommend. Great value too !! Did have one small issue, should have received 12 e-liquids but only received 6. Got onto web chat and was sorted immediately. Had no issues with previous orders.”
