“I worked with Judelyn to help with my Schengen visa application for France, as a Pakistani national with Canadian permanent residency. She was thorough, caught a few mistakes in my application, responded promptly to questions, and provided helpful templates and clear guidance throughout. “I have worked with several ladies with IVisa HQ. Recently for Vietnam, India, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. The communications with Jennelyn Tagomata and Tetiana Naumova have been outstanding. They are exceptionally clear and helpful in navigating these often vague and poorly written Governmental Rules and Regulations. In addition they have been very patient and very Helpful to me in my submittals of Passport details and photographs necessary for me to enter these countries. I have used many services over the decades of travel and these two ladies are The Best. Period. Kudos to them.”

“I struggled to complete my UK-ETA. Thankfully Iryna Opanasiuk gave me some support and when, in spite of that, I still did not manage to complete the procedure, Iryna was again very patient and guided me through the whole process. Without the help of Iryna I would have been on a mission impossible but now I can look forward to a nice holliday in Devon.”

“What a scam. They make you pay up front and then don’t return your money when their website glitches repeatedly. I needed a ETA quickly. They made me pay up front. Then their website wouldn’t work - it kept glitching and wouldn’t process the application. I tried several times to get the application processed, but it refused to work properly. So I got the ETA elsewhere. When I asked for a refund they insisted on charging me a $25 service fee for their webs that didn’t work. The correct thing would be to process the application and charge the fee at the end of the process!”
