“What a scam. They make you pay up front and then don’t return your money when their website glitches repeatedly. I needed a ETA quickly. They made me pay up front. Then their website wouldn’t work - it kept glitching and wouldn’t process the application. I tried several times to get the application processed, but it refused to work properly. So I got the ETA elsewhere. When I asked for a refund they insisted on charging me a $25 service fee for their webs that didn’t work. The correct thing would be to process the application and charge the fee at the end of the process!”

“Terrible. I applied for an EVisa. Gave correct documents. Paid the fee. I got an email from the company that my evisa was approved. I then contacted to confirm my plane tickets and went to download the Visa attachment. I opened it and it said I was denied!? No reason. This is terrible. How is an accidentally approval sent with a denial letter attached !!! Zero stars and not even a refund.”

“I needed an expedited visa processing and I could not have asked for a better experience than what VisaHQ provided.
