“I highly recommend this company. I worked with Khellie mostly and Aiko. They were outstanding. Extremely quick to respond to emails at all hours. This company is able to scan and put a document into a PDF or jpeg for you, They review presented documents and assure they will pass scrutiny at the consulate. After giving them all the required documents my visa came in 6 days. Well worth the fees.”

“The process to get an India Visa is time consuming and, at times, a bit confusing. However, thanks to Brigete from VisaHQ I actually had a very positive experience. She was very knowledgeable of the process and very prompt in responses any time I would message her through the chat application. In addition, it was easy to upload information and I was always aware of where in the process my visa was at. Overall, really great experience!”

“NO REFUND: While applying, they kept re-asking me for the same documents, thus kept delaying the process...Difficult to get through to someone on phone. If more than 2 people in the cue, you could wait hours to speak with someone. After all that, the country I applied for didn't require a Visa, they would not refund my money.”

“The customer service VISAhq provides is unmatched. They will assign a real person to aid you along the way and help expedite the process even when you could have 0 understanding of VISA's or how to get them. They also respond in a timely manner to address any issues or concerns you may have with your documents.”

“I cannot give high enough reviews for VISAHQ. My flight was leaving in 7 business days, with xmas in the middle of the wait, and yet i got my renewal back in 4 days, with plenty of time to spare and relax. I used their call center, visited the office, and communicated by email, and all channels were excellent, and considerate of my situation. Top shelf and would recommend them to all.”

“I would have given this visa service 1 star, but for the kindness of my visa follow-up person. She has been very kind, so I added an extra star because of her sincere kindness. However, my reason for giving this visa service a very low review is because according to the website and its reviewed guidelines, it was stated that it takes a maximum of 7-10 days to receive a decision on any visa application. Today makes it 11 business days and 16 days since I submitted my visa application. My flight is scheduled for tomorrow and I am yet to receive my passport back as promised when I chose to use this visa service.”

“Passport went missing on their office, they think they sent it on to embassy but no record. Request made to return the fed x package immediately upon receipt, this was not done and numerous calls to their office, which is a call centre, were ineffective. Do not use this company is the recommendation I give.”
