“Michelle helped to shepherd us through the expedited passport renewal process, which made it easier. With current technology, it has become harder to connect with a live person for troubleshooting, which is frustrating! Luckily, Michelle helped make this process more user-friendly.”

“Scam Agency I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with this company. They have completely ignored all my attempts at communication and have made no progress in processing my visa application. Despite having submitted all necessary documents in May, there has been no update or indication that any work is being done on my case. The lack of response and assistance is extremely frustrating, and it unfortunately feels like a scam where customers are being taken advantage of. I would strongly advise against using their services. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable and responsive agency.”

“Brigete and her team were amazing. I applied for a UK visa through VisaHQ. The process was flawless. Main advantages of their team are patience with me (I asked a ton of stupid questions) and detail-orientation (they really make sure you have enough evidence for your visa to get approved). “Very bad experience with this people ,they keep my money for almost two weeks after they requested documents that the embassy does not require,I cancelled and requested my money back and still after almost two weeks now I have not received my money please do not use this site”
