“I had to follow up with the representative for things like dates of interview and passport delivery. However once followed up the representative was proactive.”

“Visa HQ filled incorrect details in my form and hence the form was rejected for UK Visa. Due to this, I want refund of the amount of fees given to Visa HQ.”

“I double-checked all the documents required when mailing out to VisaHQ, but got noticed afterward I missed my green card copy. I am sure I had mailed it together, but I send a soft copy right away. I only got a confirmation email 3 days after I sent it. I had enough time to process the visa and was too busy to make a complaint, but it would have been a big problem if I had been in a hurry. I hope you improve lead time.”
