“I dropped off my papers at the New York branch office. Software is buggy. Despite filling out all the details, it failed to print it out on the form. Secondly, while reviewing it they missed out to observe that my spouse’s nationality was missing in the printed form (again due to software). Embassy wrote to me about it and I had to respond.”

“Took longer than I paid for, (I have no idea what I paid for, 3 days return when it actually took 4 days, and this time is not including the amount of time it took to actually set up the appointment in the first place. Be prepared to not have you passport for an entire week.”

“I was very impressed with how efficient and assured at every step the process was. It took the stress out of the visa application and simply put, made it easy in the end. I had tried previously to do the application myself and consequently have some insights towards making a comparison between DIY and VisaHQ and would definitely, in future, opt for the assured assistance of someone who is going through the process every day.”
