“The service seems quite good to me. The conversation with the officer happen in relax atmosfer and they are really helpful to get the visa procees starting. But the visa process itself taking quite long.”

“I was able to finished the process of my visa and my friends visa thru Chat with representative Jasmine. SHE IS THE BEST!! She even told me she would wait for me to continue with the process. She waited for me to get home and take a picture of my passport and I send it to the chat and was able to upload mine and my friends and completed the application process for my Egypt’s visa. SHE IS THE BEST!!! KUDOS FOR JASMINE!!”

“VisaHQ took most of the stress out of applying for a Visa. They provided clear step by step guidelines about what documentation would be needed, and kept me updated along the way. That was a huge relief particularly since I had to send along my passport for the application process! I could tell when they received the package, when they were processing it, and when I could expect the completed packet back.”

“I applied for Romania Visa and I was told that they will not represent me at the Embassy as Embassy does not allow it. It was all fine I was charged 10k for filling the application form, which I had to fill myself. 3k for on-site assistance where no-one came to Embassy as it was holiday for VisaHQ and not Embassy and Visa fee which certainly was refunded because the guy who was supposed to pay on my behalf did not come and I had to Pay by myself. the one star is for the refund only. Nothing else. There was poor communication from VisaHQ on documentation, availability and they were not at all aware of rules. If you can not provide service, please do not charge customers for it.”

“The individual person that I dealt with, was very good and kept me up to date. However this is the first time that I didn't receive the visa in time for my travel. So I wasted £230 for a visa that was issued too late for my flight.”

“This process allows for saving time going to a physical office but the electronic application did not run smoothly. Why do we have to make payment at step 2? Once payment is made...we can not access step 3 to attach the required documents...”

“As jordan government stopped on arrival visa for indians from dec 1st 2019 onwards without any prior information, VISA HQ arranged me a visa within 24hrs to attend one of my important client son wedding ontime.
