“VisaHQ suggested by my travel consultant and I found your service very easy to use and when our pictures failed to scan as required Yuliya Murashko assisted us via email very professionally and efficiently. My wife and I were very impressed in all regards including the speed we received our Brazil visa's via email”

“I had to send in my application form and passport separately and was so comforted to receive an e-mail as soon as each piece arrived at VisaHQ. I so appreciate this level of responsiveness and accountability! Instructions were very detailed and clear. VisaHQ removed sooo much stress and wandering around in the dark (when other embassies or consulates would not return my emails or calls). It was all so quick and painless. Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

“Would of prefer phone call than email about my visa but other than that all staff very help fixed problem straight away thanks for everything.”

“The customer service is pathetic. And the person on the phone makes you feel, why did I ever call these guys!? These guys don't have any patience at all to explain any thing. I would not recommend this to any one. It is probably better you use any other service or apply the visa directly at the embassy yourself rather than paying money to these people.”
