“Carlos, Artem and Keith were amazing! I had an issue and I was never told "No, it cannot be done"; instead they researched it, collaborated within the team an found a solution. They went above and beyond to assist me. I have seen so many times where the agent does not care because it does not affect them. Not the case with VISAHQ. They listened to my concerns and made it happen. Thank you, gentlemen for a job well done!”

“I had to resubmit my picture for my visa. Looking at it closely I could see why. Might want to point out to costimers that they need a photo as good as the one on their passport.”
