“Amy was very nice and got back to me by email and phone but my friends and I all tried to ring the number before I emailed...and no answer...Amy explained they were out seeing embassies etc...but perhaps this needs to be clear on a message as my friends thought the office was no longer operating...also we had trouble with the website at the point of uploading scanned copy of passport...the alternative of emailing a scanned copy is not safe...and when I went to the office in person there was no signage on floor 16 on the glass doors as to what agencies were there...I am now waiting for the visa outcome so this review is a bit early...having gone to the office I realise you are a very small organisation...but the idea of this type of help is good for those of us sorting visas...”

“Found it very difficult to add a second person, as I didn't see a place until after I had paid my for my visa. The site wanted to charge me then twice for my visa. . I ended up making a new account for my husband. Each time the site did not let me know whether the files uploaded or not. Now it says we can progress online but there is nothing to show that - looks same as when I filed.”

“After getting the necessary clarifications via email and phone, I visited the VisaHQ office and got the documents to be submitted checked by Mamta who did an excellent and thorough job. After submission, I have been receiving alerts as to the status of submission and expected date when the visa process will be completed. Thank you Mamta and VisaHQ!”

“I have used VisaHQ on a few occasions and most recently for a Brazil work visa. It is a bit expensive (compared to applying on your own) but well worth it as it gives peace of mind and your passport comes back quickly which is important when you travel a lot. I recommend them!”
