“Would of prefer phone call than email about my visa but other than that all staff very help fixed problem straight away thanks for everything.”

“The customer service is pathetic. And the person on the phone makes you feel, why did I ever call these guys!? These guys don't have any patience at all to explain any thing. I would not recommend this to any one. It is probably better you use any other service or apply the visa directly at the embassy yourself rather than paying money to these people.”

“I spoke to kind reps and impatient reps, all seemly named Carlos. The good Carlos’s rated a 5 and the impatient Carlos’s a 1. Let me explain, I am a 74 year old female who uses an iPad, quite well, I am planning an Around the World Birthday Trip for 75 with Airtreks, VisaHQ is their Go To for visas and I needed 2 for Vietnam and India for my husband and me. Nervous, anxious about the task, I needed help. The online reps were great, The uploads were unworkable, but Kateryna helped via email.”

“Was unable to upload photos for my visas, called and was told to e-mail them. Tried 5 times and was told that vishhq mailbox was full, called again and was told that was not the case. I should try again. tried 6 more times with no luck. will call again today.”

“I am extremely pleased with VisaHQ for assisting me with my visa to India. The emails were answered in a timely manner and the paperwork was very easy to complete once I finally uploaded my passport. Had some problems on my side uploading!! Lol 😂 Great service I would recommend them and use them again!!”

“The whole process was very easy. I called to verify one item and it was resolved in a minute. I was on hold maybe 1 minute. Incredible. I also had the visa completed in less than 24 hours and printed out. Thank you.”

“The directions and checklist would be more helpful if tailored based on the application . For example, if my invitation is being arranged through you, that item on the check list should not appear. Same with age and previous Russian citizenship.”
