website is very slow and cumbersome. Why uploading of passport docs and 2?? further photos?

I had the most horrible experience from this company. They charged me for nothing. I was not delivered what I was promised. I paid and whatever 'guidance' I was provided actually messed up my chance to visit my family for a year at least. They are neither accepting their flaws nor providing a refund. I'd strongly suggest against using their service if you want to have a trip anywhere.

Seems pretty good so far, I’ve only got as advanced as you receiving my documents but it is obvious you have a good system in place. It is an expensive but painless procedure to secure the visas I need. Thanks for that!

Zambian Visa was meant to take 3 to 4 working days. Two weeks later I am still waiting fo my visa and will most likely have to cancel all my bookings because I am meant to travel in a couple of days. The ineptitude of the so called visa expert handling my case is unbelievable. It is quite apparent that youyr emloyee has no clue of what is going on or how to rectify the situation. Sending out a string of e-mails to immigration when the country is on public holiday (2nd and 3rd of July) shows how unfocused your system is. Now my calls are not getting answered. Please maintain intergrity and stop advertising things you can't deliver. I wonder is there is any point in asking for a refund???????Ramona De Silva

Well probably it’s because of frustration I don’t know but I believe the moment you make an appointment with the Visa Hq their job is to guide you and make sure your documentation is proper and ready to be submitted to the consulate.After going through the process and having all the documentation ready and well presentable I still had a Schengen Visa denial which until now I don’t understand why and how? Their reason was’The information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and condition of the intended stay was not reliable’ Well the reason why am still confused is that I had a travel agency do the bookings for me I mean everything so what exactly is their point I literally don’t get it. I think before documentation is handed over you thoroughly check again and again to make sure that all the documents are detailed and are good enough to support Visa approval. Which is the reason why I had to apply my visa through you so that I wouldn’t be disappointed . Now had to cancel my plans because of a reason of denial I have failed to understand. Unhappy

Miriama was great helping. Found the application a bit confusing and uploaded some relevant docs after the 5 business hour deadline. But Miriama helped me through it through the web chat and immediately got someone working on the form despite the delay.

You have been very helpful. This is going to be a success, but I hope you can make your website clearer about the shipping information, and support Windows Internet Explorer to be able to download the shipping label. You say that the status of the order can be checked online, but I see nowhere to do that.

Our case was quite complicated with different citizenship in the same family. I was close to cancel the trip and Ekaterina found a solution and we all got our visas very quick via different VisaHQ offices. Over a week the chat box with her was always there to help me ask her a question without having to explain the whole thing to a new person. Her service was for sure top 5 service I ever had in my entire life (and I'm quite old!). Just amazing service!!! Thank you Ekaterina and VisaHQ!
