“It was so wonderful to use your visa service. I had previously tried the Indian evisa site which was a hassle. Their sample had a separate page to enter passport front pages but the form itself did not have the page for passport. They inserted quote marks around my street address, and no matter how many times I corrected it, the quote marks still appeared. It said to enter all countries you have visited in the last 10 years, and only after you enter them, does a pop up say you may only enter 10 countries. There are other problems as well like not giving any indication entries are accepted, the long load time in going from one page to the next, etc. In the end after waiting 7 days, or sending email and receiving no response, t tell you to resubmit the application and start from scratch. That is when I came o your visa service. I was so thrilled to have a professional, easy to enter, respoThe green check marks let me know my entries were accepted as I went along. Thank you for rescuing me and saving me from the hassle.”

“Very inefficient customer service (chat and email). They still charged the full fee for making an internet booking with the consulate where we had to personally submit our documents. What a useless service and a scam”

“Really bad service i paid £93.80 online and i thought they will give appointment but they said i need to post all of my document after few hours i realized i can apply directly from embassy i emailed and called them to cancel application it was less than 24 hours they told me first cancellation fee is £12 but they emailed me and told me will refund only £67 :((( which is not fair and i don't recommend to anyone”
