“2 days delay in issuing visa...thus cancelled my trip. Now i got the visa but its of no use now.”

“I faced lot of issues in my visa process. I did not get much help and need to make multiple calls to get the things done. VisaHQ charge fee but support to customer is not good. There is opportunity for VISAHQ to improve. Regards Nitin Pandey”

“It was my first time using "Visa HQ" and it was wonderful! The explanations were complete. The HelpDesk were amzing with there very good service and quick service too! “As additional personal info is required after the main questionnary completed, what is asked is not considered on menu, and it is only delaying the process. Was suspected to be a spam while mails appears after sending complete the Visa request.”

We strive to make the visa application process as simple as possible and I'm sorry that wasn't the case for you. Unfortunately, some visa types require additional personal data in order to be processed. We will, however, look into the order in which we obtain this information on our Smart Form. Furthermore, I'm sorry your email filter suspected our communication to be spam. Often, emails from companies you have not previously worked with are flagged by the spam filter. “Hi, Sorry for following harsh feedback, my experience on recent Germany visa application was very poor w.r.t. Local Agency who were done visa in past for following 1. Poor Reponses time had to do personal follow up so many times and it was task itself to get visa done from your agency. 2. Courier from agency to pick the documents was not done and I need to personally courier it on my expenses 3. It was tedious job for arranging tickets, insurance also then submit it so coordinating with HR/Admin at our place, then your contact person, and other agency Egencia for these documents 4. I could not found any value to do this task with your agency again as need to spend so much time follow up, co ordination, call your person, text him etc. My mail box is full with so many mails on topic and follow up! 5. Already given feedback to team to reconsider this way of working. and was talked to your contact person given feedback. I hope you have better solution to offer otherwise we need to find alternative. “I asked many times when my application could be submitted to the consulate and the agent just told me wait wait and wait , finally it turned out that the Richmond office in Toronto had submitted my application to the consulate but nobody remember to update the information on the website . However, the funniest part is I asked them for the reference number and told I did not have it yet, however , after a day I decided to mail the consulate myself and got the reference number in an hour ! Even the consulate was faster than them . And I logged in ICA to check my status and found that the submitted date is 6 days later than they told me . I am highly believe that the consulate must made a mistake because I have no reason do not trust VisaHQ!!!”

“Communication with staff was good. HQ is very good about keeping you up to date with status of your order. I was really nervous about sending my passport out for the first time but i was assured about everything ! Thanks HQ!”
