“The visa specialist is not fully knowledgeable and conversant with the requirements and tries to evade the questions. He gave wrong information regarding Chile embassy contact details. Finally with repeated phone calls and emails I could get the job done.”

“not recommended and avoid at all cost. I applied for a multiple entry Philippines visa, VisaHQ charged me full amount and sent confirmation but the actual visa was single entry. I relied on their confirmations and went to airport and got detained because of VisaHQ negligence. It caused me a great deal of financial loss and three days at the airport. It has been a horrible experience.”

We strive to exceed our clients' expectations and that clearly didn't happen in your case. In reviewing your situation, I see that you were issued a refund for the cost difference between a multiple entry visa and a single entry visa. Unfortunately, our team has no control over visa validity; that is determined solely at the discretion of consular officials and there is no guarantee you will receive the validity for which you initially applied. Again, I am sincerely sorry for the inconveniences you experienced and I hope you will give VisaHQ a chance again in the future. “The site does not flag unacceptable entries, one of which was that Singapore had to be the nominated residence when application was made. It just made me go round in circles! The help team initially wasn’t able to help despite a dozen exchanges over 2weeks, until Harrison identified the problem.”

“I am happy with the clean process and how visahq deals with providing documents and swiftly helping out with issuing visas. My only problem was that I was not kept up to date on a regular basis with regards to my file. The timeline feature on the website was not useful as it was not being updated. (All of it turned green only after I received my Visa). Would have been helpful if it showed the status of my application accurately. Other than this minor hiccup, I am a satisfied customer.”
