“Unfortunately getting our visas was a protracted process which became very stressful. Eventually, the team members were helpful to completion. The cost is ridiculously high especially when on the Visa itself it says the cost is $25 - you charge the best part of $150. It seems that all visa agencies are in the rip-off business.”

“Excellent service. Best way to communicate is the chat function...they don't really answer calls in NYC. When I dropped off my paperwork, the office staff was efficient and very helpful answering all my questions. They delivered my visa with 3 days as promised. Highly recommend them.”

“Griselle was very helpful in securing my expedited Nigerian visa. I had a very tight window of time, and they had my passport Monday, and it was returned to me, visa in hand, by Friday of the same week. When I had tried getting my Nigerian visa with other companies in the past, there were always big problems, so I am thankful and highly recommend Visa HQ!”
