“The overall experience was good … The "Tourist" portion of the drop down menu needs to be the default not the "Business/Work" - the cost was high for trips where more than one country stops requires the Visa - in the case of a New Zealand Visa, there are no documents required to be uploaded but there is no notice to indicate that so you are left wondering what is required. Country identification requested needs to be explained that in fact, it is a Passport number they require (New Zealand again). Staff response was good.”

“BEWARE!!!! You really don’t need a third party to do this for you. I applied for a visa to Ghana. I was charged for a 5yr and received a 1yr( totally up to the Ghanaian embassy) I emailed and asked for the difference in cost and they said they were unable to return. I was also charged a 5 dollar fee for a money order, however they had my credit card info. ( so why the extra fee) Word to the wise, JUST SKIP THIS STEP AND JUST GO STRAIGHT TO EMBASSIES WEBSITE. They charge you an extra fee to process ($99) to be exact. The actual website for the embassy is just one fee for the visa no additional fees... I WONT USE THEM AGAIN AND I CATION YOU TO DO THE SAME.....”

I want to personally assure you we do everything we can to keep our fees low. Our team provides valuable services, such as driving to the embassy or consulate, waiting in line, and double-checking paperwork for accuracy. Ultimately, agents can save you from having to cancel your trip due to document errors. “The process itself was easy and quick. But I had to call back multiple times for updates on the status of my application and had to fill the application form manually and sign and send due to technical issue on your website.”
