“Good and appropriate communication with visa employees but felt that the visa fee was expensive even for us as we are seniors, hope there would be a reduction next time”

I want to assure you we do everything we can to keep our fees low. Final costs are also dependent on Embassy and government charges, over which we have no control. “Communication with staff was good. HQ is very good about keeping you up to date with status of your order. I was really nervous about sending my passport out for the first time but i was assured about everything ! Thanks HQ!”

“Filled out applications, added my information ....VisaHQ emailed that both visas had been accepted within hours. Got email yesterday that one visa had been issued...still wIting on second visa...but it is holiday! So far so good!”

“Awesome service and communication. My timeline was short, but you helped me and kept me in the loop the whole way. Especially appreciate your customer service being available to answer all my questions and calls!!! The only improvement I would suggest (for people who get lost in a flood of email everyday), is to provide updates via text message at each step of the way.
