“While we received VISA quite fast but the initial process of documents collection was a bit unclear. Docs list on website is different from the list provided by the Visa consultant.”

“We used VisaHQ for visas to China. After having an issue with website, we talked with Ms. Cloud Wang. She was very helpful and informed us of each step pf the process. “Online tracking of visa application did not seem very helpful, but the agent I dealt with via their messenger system was very helpful. The application process was smooth and simple. The service was very fast and I received my passport back in six business days in pristine condition.”

“it is very easy to apply, fill in the data, pay, and quite fast. it's kinda make me nervous at the beginning cause i have to pay first and i am not sure what are the required docs/ info i have to provide, how fast should i provide them, etc. but anyway it's all good”
