“I had the most terrible experience with this company. The people treating you are extremely lazy and inefficient. My family got Singapore visa in 2 days, however they took 28 days for me and still asking more documents. I have to cancel the application at the last minute. The representative were non responsive. They do not take your emails seriously. They do not get on calls and most importantly getting you’re just one customer for them among the bunch. I am not sure if I’ll be able to travel but I sure will not be using this company in future. Please take care of these points.”

“Thank you visaHQ . My visa came quickly and approved without any issues. My only feedback it that no one is ever there to answer the phone it seems and the girls at the front desk only take messages. I called on many occasions about not have a hotel reservation since im staying at a private residence and needed your advice. Fortunately as it turns out that was not a problem. Many thanks, George”

“the response in chat it's awful, it's just a greeting chat that does not resolved neither answer your concerns, you should removed a service that its misleading. Better don't use it if you don't provide real-time and answer accurately the questions. better just email. your company will look better. Also will be nice if after over a week we get an up date in the process”

“Impressed by the quick response every time I had a questions, etc. Great support in getting a Visa. I would have liked though some more feedback in the beginning of the process to understand which Visa would be best for me. For example, my Visa was changed to an e-Visa only later in the process. Thanks!”
