“I am happy with the clean process and how visahq deals with providing documents and swiftly helping out with issuing visas. My only problem was that I was not kept up to date on a regular basis with regards to my file. The timeline feature on the website was not useful as it was not being updated. (All of it turned green only after I received my Visa). Would have been helpful if it showed the status of my application accurately. Other than this minor hiccup, I am a satisfied customer.”

“It was a little confusing when I phoned to find out about the status of my visa. I spoke to someone in the US who gave me a number to make a Canadian inquiry. The number was not in service. They did answer chat quickly. In all it was good service. 3 days for my visa.”

“I had misguiding issues which made the canadian embassy feel i withheld information and has resulted in debarring for 5 years (inspite of sharing previous US visa rejection with your Indian team). I escalated with your team but have not received any response (It has been over 12-15 days) Requesting the international to get in touch with me immediately to help work with me on this debarring thing”
