“I went to VisaHQ to get a visa to China. Because of Covid, my ten year visa there was not accepted. Then when China decided to accept it in a turn-about policy, VisaHQ very kindly offered me my money back. And this was after one of its staff- Angel Pantaleon - had spent much time and efforts to help me through the process. A very professional and customer friendly organization. Judith Miller Ph. D.”

“Please be cautious. The information on their website is very misleading. They charged me without rendering the service, (that they indicated in their website) and refused to reimburse my money back. Very bad business indeed. I would not give them a 1 star rating.”

“The visas for my husband and myself were done at the comfort of our home, no long queues or back and forth at the embassy. At first I thought after online application I needed to still visit the embassy, but I was pleasantly surprised that everything was done and completed online. “I received outstanding assistance from Brigete Gravino in obtaining a 5-year Visitors eVisa to India recently. The process was well managed, and a visa was issued within time. Regarding opportunities to improve, the initial data that I provided through VisaHQ's online system proved to require repeating. I had to send several sections by email to manually update. Given the high fee charged (other web-based Indian Visa services charged less), improvements to data collection through the company's online system should improve.”

“Pros: * did the job, I got my visa in about a week * decent website interface for uploading documents (even though most were not used) and chatting with support (even though it wasn't super helpful) Cons: * Unreasonably expensive. VisaHQ claimes the embassy fee is $261 when in reality it’s $36. That's separate from VisaHQ's $225 service fee. They also charged double the FedEx price for issuing a FedEx label, and $10 to print a regular sheet of paper. * Representatives were not knowledgeable about my particular visa situation (understandable) but also plain wrong, as admitted by their manager. If you don't know, that's fine, but don't tell me incorrect stuff. * Slow to respond (one-hour phone hold, days being ignored via the online chat) * Unprofessional (one representative working from home was yelling in their household while thinking they were on mute)”

“I have used VisaHQ several times now, (Vietnam, Turkey, etc), and I have never had an issue with anything. The agents (assuming they are called agents) are always very responsive and very helpful. Given that Visas are required by several countries, I would hate to be traveling to a foreign country only to find out that our visas aren't good/valid. This is the MAIN reason why I trust VisaHQ. I trust them. Given that our traveling days are not over as yet, I plan on using VisaHQ for all my visa needs. I have no reason not to.”
