“I applied for a Schengen Visa through VisaHQ and was very pleased to have received my visa within 2 week of my appointment! I was very impressed by my visa advisor Nelia, who has a lot of experience with the application process and always replied to my questions promptly and made sure to update me on everything. Very good service provided when it comes to appointment booking, which Nelia managed to do for me for me shortly after I started the process. It was stress free as all the documents were pre-checked, I didn't have to worry about getting an appointment slot and there was an advisor at the visa centre to guide me through the process - very professional.”

“Decided to use VISAHQ since I had an upcoming business trip in 3 weeks and my passport expired in 2 months which prohibits a lot of travel. I went to the website and followed the instructions to the letter, but after paying the $1000 plus fee and mailing in all the materials, I was told that I didn't TYPE my form rather than write it in black ink. There was nothing about this in their instructions, nor did the form say it had to be typed. There was no apology or acknowledgement of the mistake by VISAHQ and they would not pay for another shipping label, so that came out of my own pocket. After getting them the typed form, they submitted everything on 4/27. My trip is today, 5/6, and I have no passport. The VISAHQ website hasn't been updated, I don't have tracking, and all emails to the staff continue to say the delay was my fault despite their website STILL not having this requirement. These guys are AMATEUR HOUR and I would not recommend dropping $1000+ for incompetence, bad instructions, lack of accountability, and missed deadlines. AVOID!!!”
