“Disappointed with the service - I had to renew my passport 3 years early because I ran out of pages in my passport. The 7 years it took me to fill my passport included almost 3 years we didn't travel international. I very purposefully ordered a 52 page passport as we have extensive travel scheduled. I received a 28 page passport which will last me less than 3 years. I found myself very disappointed after paying for the highest echelon of service.”

“Service was provided as expected. The only observation is that passports should be placed in waterproof mailers before being inserted into FedEx envelopes. This will avoid weather-related issues such as high moisture, humidity, or snow/freezing.”

“i paid 30 usd with a wrong citzenship and i tried calling no body answered so my money was just taken for free and even the slection of entry visa was a wrong product. kindly reverse my money ,i used pay pal.”

“The worst agency I have worked with. I worked with an Avigail. She didn't know anything specifically about the Schengen visa. they just copy and paste the consulate website and sent it to you on email. I am in Italy for business for a week and the second week for pleasure. Avigail told me to apply for a business visa but the consulate said that I should apply for tourist visa at the interview. All documents I took was business related. I do not know if this is just this person or the company but they No nothing.”
