“I am trying since a week to apply for multiple entry visa and I have uploaded every necessary document. To my surprise, the system seems not capture every document and I have got a deferred msg 6time. You ask for proof of entry from past year and it’s uploaded but still come back and ask for the same things. What sort of system do you use that doesn’t capture documents. Digital life is supposed to be smooth not hectic.”

“I have used this service before and I have never had any problems. The only negative I would say is that I received several emails referencing an E-Visa, when I was actually receiving a Visa in my passport. This was very confusing and prompted me to call and ask questions when this was unnecessary.”
