“Excellent service from VisaHQ, as always. Kept informed of the progress every step of the way. My only complaint was the return delivery. Service made no attemtp to deliver (I was home), rather just put it in front of grarge -- three more steps and they could have handed it to me at my fron door.”

“Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. My only suggestion is to email ahead of sending the FedEx. I was out of town, and I was afraid that the package would be sent back.”

“I have not received my passport back. The LA office is useless and less than helpful. They claim they sent it back on August 30, but there is no record in the Fedex system. I received an email saying the visa was submitted and would be ready on August 30 and on August 31 I received the survey. I never received an email saying it was sent. Very disappointed by your lack of service. I used you guys previously and never had a problem, but now I do.”
