“Overall, a good service. The answers to my many questions were answered promptly (though some questions came for being sent generic checklists rather than tailored to my situation). A last minute request for a bank statement caused a headache, when it could have been asked for at the beginning of the process.”

“Visa HQ checked my application and took away the bother of picking up the passports, etc. I still had to do all the admin part.”

“This is a great service! Competitively priced compared to other visa agencies, and they keep you up to date on every step of the process. The only thing I can't attest for is their help with preparing your documents because I did mine ahead of time, but other aspects of their services are great!”

“The user interface is confusing. There are "applicants" and "applications" for example even when logged in as one individual. Also no guidance is given in choosing among the confusing list of options for "purpose of visit". This option is also confused with "visa type". Mis-information about the option for an "electronic visa" is given -- in the FAQ it says in response to the question "do I have to mail my passport to you" that "visas to all countries require the passport to be in our possession". This would be a good place to mention the e-visa option which does NOT require physically mailing ANYTHING to you! Pricing info is hard to find or not available until well into the application process. Once I was able to figure out that an e-visa was an option for me and how to apply for it, the process was quite fast however, and questions were replied to quickly by email.”

“The process was simple. In the beginning I was having problems adding an application for my wife. I do not remember the parsons name, but he was excellent in helping me through my problem. I would recommend VisaHG as the place to go for a Visa.”
