“Live support was good but the website is not intuitive and instructions are not clear. I had to ask a lot of questions that could have been avoided with better user centered design of the website experience.”

“Pathetic Customer service. The customer service was talking over me, literally angry rant and not letting me talk. I was calling to get the info that I didn't know and expected a more polite service. Of course, I finally managed to get all the information required but after a hard time. The CS was Gavin Durst.”

“I had to follow up with the representative for things like dates of interview and passport delivery. However once followed up the representative was proactive.”
