First time of using this company, although a small outlet in local Tesco Store, all staff friendly and helpful. Optician helpful in explaining my prescription change and gave me peace of mind as I have the start of cataracts in both eyes. There was an offer of 2 for 1 and half price varifocal, and the frames I chose were also on sale at half price, which was good. Spectacles arrived in good time. First pair I could get on with as the frame was too large for my prescription, there was no quibble at choosing a different frame, and a part refund was given immediately. Happy with what I have received, good value for money as I got two pairs for what I would have paid for one.

Whilst staff are friendly and helpful and my varifocal and reading glasses arrived within a reasonable time; despite chasing up twice now I am still waiting for my prescription sunglasses after almost a month! They should be renamed Vision SLOW as this is not an Express service! Extremely disappointed.

Struggled for 3 months with headaches from wrong prescription. Still mystified as to why the optician said no change in my sight for the past year and “I can’t give you new glasses”. Because I was using the NHS voucher system? Went elsewhere and got new glasses and changed prescription. No more headaches.

Very good service staff were knowledgeable and professional My glasses ended up being expensive with the lenses so won’t shop there again but otherwise it was good

Friendly team, was told what was going to happen step by step, very quick and easy process. Picked glasses up a week later. Had a text saying they were in store. Popped in when I had the time and they fitted them there and then didn't need an appointment. Couldn't have been easier

Your in store shop at Tesco's is too small for purpose. I was shuffled from one small room to another. I gave my previous prescription to the tester and told him I wanted the glasses to work at my computer screen 30" away. But he was more interested in up-selling me. The glasses, when they arrived still don't do the job.

They are within my local Tesco store so convenient. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Glasses were ready with a week. Good selection of frames and help in choosing.

I have been attending vision express for a few years now for my eye test and I wouldn't go anywhere else, the staff are so polite and helpful and explain everything that they are doing in great detail. I also find the prices of glasses in vision express a lot cheaper than any other opticians I've been to previously. I also know that if I have any problem with my glasses they will sort it out there and then.

I had 2 pair of glasses only 1 arrived on the date weeks later still no contact from vision Express so I went in store only to be told they cant find them. Then at the last minute they found them they were in the wrong storage hole. Weeks without what I had paid for.

I waited over a week past the original collection date still no contact from vision Express so I went to the store weeks late to see what happened. They couldn't find the glasses and then at the last minute they found them in the wrong storage position. Weeks without what I had paid for ! Poor service. Maynotuse you next time.

Always a pleasure to deal with the staff at my local Vision Express , where you are greeted with a friendly welcome . Nothing is too much trouble , the staff take their time to explain and help with everything from eye tests to glasses choice . Very pleased with my glasses , and a great price . Would not go anywhere else .
