Well the staff at Peterborough store were all great.Yes I was really taken back by the service I got.Nothing was too much they were very clear with me,the new glasses are great.I am sure a will be a loyal customer for years ahead.Well done to all the staff and a very big thankyou.

Really great service provided by all the staff in East Kilbride. Everyone was warm and friendly. Every step of the process was explained and the choice of frames and lenses is excellent!

The staff at the Trafford centre were wonderful. Unfortunately they are let down by the delay in providing my glasses. I ordered them on 1st Feb and they still aren’t ready.

I purchased my glasses when there was an offer for sunglasses for free When I received them I was not happy with the sunglasses Therefore I took them back within the 30day satisfaction period and they let me change them for a different pair Excellent service and very happy with my new glasses

After eye test order new glasses, cost quite a bit. Went to collect glasses after about 10 days to find scratch on arm. Lady I dealt with not very customer friendly in my opinion. Went back second time, again about 10 days to find still had same scratch on arm and lens had been replaced instead. Third time lucky, again waited approximately another 10 days. Not impressed taken approximately 4 weeks since eye test to getting glasses.

Excellent service. Bought glasses from elsewhere and Vision Express did the test and the lenses. Knowledgeable and caring staff.

Letter sent to me for free eye test , I bought glasses, they was not right. I returned the glasses back to castle court, Belfast and hit a refund, only to then be charged for the free eye test Not only that my second pair of glasses were my own frames, these came in with lenses in them and then came out lense free. So will not be returning and certainly will not recommend you at all The sales assistant was lovely when I was buying, but the face was tripped over and ready for picking up when I refunded them, which made for a really uncomfortable atmosphere

Never been to Vision Express before but when I called for an appointment, I was offered one the same day. All the staff were professional and polite. Never worn varifocals before and it was all explained very clearly. Ended up buying two designer pairs which were ready in a week! Cannot fault Vision Express. Thumbs up!

The staff at Sittingbourne were absolutely fabulous Donna the optician was absolutely brilliant in every as were Denise and I think it was Jane I’m not too sure they were very thorough all the way through nothing was too much for them at all I would highly recommend vision express to anyone and already have done I will always go back to them will recommend 100% five stars from me all the way

Bring back the instore lab. I had to wait a full week to have new lenses fitted in my existing glasses. It used to be great when you had an eyetest...chose your frames....then went off for a coffee and ...2 hrs later you collected your glasses.job done. I had to go and buy a cheap pair of readers as i dont have a spare. Definitely not as good service as the old days

I've been going to Vision Express for many years & have had an excellent service up until now. I went for an eye test because I was due for one. I had a new prescription for vari focals & I received a txt a week later to pick them up. I tried them on there & then, & I queried the prescription. I couldn't really see through the reading part of the lens, but could see through the distance part. The guy said to me I need to get used to vari focals, try them for a week or so. I said I loved my previous vari focals & didn't need to get used to them, I repeated I couldn't see through enough of the reading lens. He persuaded me to go away & try them. Anyway, I did that, but I just couldn't use them, I couldn't see properly. So, just over a week later, I took them back, a guy was really helpful & asked me to read through them, he saw what a strange angle I held my head & the paper I was trying to read. He got me to look left & right & straight at him....He realised the reading lens was too small & too low. Not enough reading lens for me to actually see through. He apologised & said he'd send them away & mark them as urgent so I could get them back quickly. Over a week after, so no quicker than usual, I got a txt to say my glasses were ready to collect. I go in to the store & the guy brings out a tray with glasses in it. They are not mine! They're someone else's glasses. He looks on the computer & tracks mine down....not even ready yet! So another wasted journey. I'm yet to receive a txt message to say my glasses are ready to be picked up. Rubbish service

Excellent staff,always very helpful,been using this branch for a long time and wouldn’t go anywhere else,never had a problem with my prescriptions or customer service.

This is my third visit to vision express I find the staff ok but this time thing did not go to plan I had my eyes tested then had to wait a week to get them then they were not right so took back the right lens was blurry so had to wait a week to get another eye test and yes it was wrong so sent glasses back waited a week and two day before I got them back still not right but have to give them a couple of weeks to try fingers crossed.

I am still waiting for my new glasses after four weeks! The store has not kept me updated with what has gone wrong and it has been left to me to enquire when visiting Tesco to shop. And ,of course, I have paid in full for these non existent specs. Very poor, Vision Express!

Previously, my new lenses have been fitted in a couple of hours. This time, I was told i would have to do without my glasses for up to two weeks. Eventually, I was offered a three day turnaround on an informal basis. This is a significant reduction in service, as I do not have, and have never needed, a backup pair. If I can find another optician with a quicker turnaround, I shall be moving to them. Rest of the service was of the usual high standard. And if you're serious about feedback, rather than just getting strokes, your question at the top should have been "Tell us how Vision Express made you unhappy".
