I am still waiting for my new glasses after four weeks! The store has not kept me updated with what has gone wrong and it has been left to me to enquire when visiting Tesco to shop. And ,of course, I have paid in full for these non existent specs. Very poor, Vision Express!

Previously, my new lenses have been fitted in a couple of hours. This time, I was told i would have to do without my glasses for up to two weeks. Eventually, I was offered a three day turnaround on an informal basis. This is a significant reduction in service, as I do not have, and have never needed, a backup pair. If I can find another optician with a quicker turnaround, I shall be moving to them. Rest of the service was of the usual high standard. And if you're serious about feedback, rather than just getting strokes, your question at the top should have been "Tell us how Vision Express made you unhappy".

Staff were very polite and helpful, very quick didn't have to wait long, and glasses were ready in 3 days, would highly recommend, Ken

I was disappointed of my eyeglasses. First, the tint was not I expected . I was not informed from the start what the degree of the tint . The lady told me tint will be nice to me , no proper explaination.The tint was much even I am not under the sun or light even at night inside the house . I have to returned it and they change it to a clear lens.The lady told it is unusual that there is a fault, they are happy to change it for free. I will never go back to Vision express. Prices of eye glasses are expensive so I expect a good service.Thank you.

The assistants and opticians are always friendly and welcoming .No matter what your problem is with your glasses they will sort them out for you .That is the experience that i have had with your Chatham Kent branch in many years that i have been with you .I am a 70 year old 100 % happy customer . My eye test was thorough, and the service very friendly. There was a good range of frames to choose from, and a good offer on varifocals and 2nd pairs. I am very pleased with my new glasses.

Vision Express didn't get the glasses right first time around but after returning the glasses and talking to Fiona everything was soon put right, thanks Fiona and hope to deal with you in the future. thanks again john

I was seen on time and treated with respect and professionalism by lovely staff. I'm trying varifocals, but am assured I can take them back if I don't get on with them. Thanks.

Vision express in Bathgate Tesco is great service and would do anything for you well trained excellent choice of glasses cannot fault them.

I am deaf,but no interpreter could be found by vision Express i went along with my daughter for the eye exam anyway,lady there kept asking my daughter the questions made me feel small, i had the exam with another lady,she was nice, after i was told i needed 2 pairs of glasses but one would be half price. I chose the glasses but wish i was left alone to choose,but felt pushed to choose quickly as the man stayed with us, he said after he had done a deal on the second pair of glasses,i didnt know what he meant,but when i had to pay for them it was same cost as that marked up but with no discount for the 2nd pair i had, i didnt argue about it just put it down to experience and i wont be back there anyway

Brilliant customer service and fantastic after care. Went in with a loose arm to my specs- sorted within minutes. Best front line staff i have come across.
