Thank you for your feedback. I can see your last order was in 2018 and was for Russian documents. They were a real struggle back then, especially getting the archival letter. The whole process in Russia has become a bit more efficient so hopefully the delays you experienced aren't there anymore.

“Chris Miller doesn't have a customer-focused approach. I was a repeat customer, and I asked for a repeat discount. VC informed me that the voucher was sent with your certificate, and you can use the voucher for the discount. However, because my documents were sent directly to my prospective employer, I never received the voucher, and Chris was not willing to consider this fact. I was very disappointed with their service.”

This voucher is essential for our internal auditing and unfortunately as your prospective employer had misplaced your voucher we were unable to provide the discount. I am sorry that you feel that this indicates a lack of customer service on our part.
